Postage & Delivery
Postage and delivery charges are based upon the size and weight of each order. This will be calculated at the checkout stage. Estimated delivery time will show against each item ordered.
Delivery is usually made by UK carrier so please add any special instructions when ordering.
Refund Policy
Neken.co.uk will replace any item damaged upon receipt as long as it is reported within 5 days of you receiving the goods. If you require a return please contact us on 01428 722252 or sales@neken.co.uk where our customer services will be happy to help. Your statutory rights are not affected.
